A Gentler Way To Build Mobility
This program was created for anyone who wants a gentler, more accessible way to stretch & move their body without getting down on the floor. Across 4 weeks, you’ll move through a mix of full body routines, targeted sessions & relaxation practices that can all be done from your bed. Some sessions are lying down, some are seated, some are kneeling & some are done from the edge of the bed, giving you a variety of options depending on how your body feels that day. This is not an intense workout program. There is no pressure to perform, keep up or complete every video perfectly. The goal is to help you move more often, reduce stiffness & build a simple mobility practice you can return to whenever your body needs it.

Meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Amy 👋 - a mobility & stretching coach with a passion for making movement accessible to all. You may know me from YouTube, where I share beginner-friendly mobility, stretching & yoga routines designed to help people move better & feel looser. My approach to movement is practical and easy to follow. Sometimes the best place to start is with a few minutes in a position that already feels supportive. Which is why I created this program: to give you a simple way to care for your body from the comfort of your bed.
